In 2008, Brodie Gargac was diagnosed with Lymphoma and later Leukemia. During this nine-year old’s battle, the Make a Wish Foundation offered to grant him one wish. After much thought, Brodie’s wish was to have a ball field like the pros in his little hometown of Ellsinore, MO. As a result, the Make a Wish Foundation and many other businesses and community sponsors helped make his dream come true. This field will forever be a part of our community, as a result, we want to take on the responsibility of maintaining the field to honor Brodie’s dream.

Sponsorship money donated will be used to maintain the ball field and grounds and will also provide scholarships to qualified graduating students. Each and every dollar donated will help afford the future players of the field the opportunity to benefit from Brodie’s dream and our community’s effort to maintain it.
